How could I become an criminal investigator?

I really want to pursue a career in criminal justice as a criminal investigator or private investigator. I am 17 years old and I am almost finished getting my G.E.D. I would like information on how to become a criminal investigator or private investigator.


Well a criminal investigator you have to be a police officer on patrol first. But for either a bachelors degree in criminal justice is your best bet. Even joining the military and being a MP first will help you out a lot plus they will pay for your college.
