Has anyone bought an investment property in Poland (Lodz to be exact)? If so, did you work with DKM (Davidoff Kleeberg & Maresh)?
How was the experience?
I just came from Poland and its seems like hot spot is Wroclaw which is in the south west of Poland. Krakow too but its more expensive. Prices will go up since Poland had joined the common market.

Barclays Gives The Gift Of Finance To Firmdale
Barclays Corporate is to provide £188 million to London-based Firmdale Hotels to fund the group's expansion. In particular, the deal will help finance the development of a 92-room hotel at Ham Yard in London's Soho district; this project is expected to be completed in 2013. It was also announced that Barclays, which has worked with Firmdale for the past 14 years, will refinance all of the group's existing facilities for a term of three to five years. Commenting on the agreement, Firmdale's finance director, Malcolm Soden , said, "Having already provided development finance for five of our hotels over the years, Barclays has once more stepped up to the plate and enabled our new Ham Yard development to progress." Firmdale currently owns six hotels in London and one in New York.

"The slowdown in job growth and investment spending seems to be ending and companies are returning to their pre-crisis mode," Jaroslaw Janecki, chief economist at Societe Generale in Warsaw, said before the release. 8 percent in January, the highest in 21 months, exceeding the central bank's 3....
