Whats the best investment: a house, yearly IRA contribution, or convert existing IRA to a ROTH.?
I'm 45, grossing 60k a year, and I have 15k in the bank that I'm trying to figure out where to invest it. I've never owned a home. I have excellent credit.
I have no debt, I contribute 25% of my income to the company 401k, and I make a yearly contribution
